When can I check-in? What time is check out?

Your room is available for check-in from 3pm, check-out time is before 12 noon. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).

Do you accept group bookings?

If you are reserving 6 or more rooms for your party please contact us.

Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?

We have a number of adapted rooms and all public areas including reception, bar and restaurant are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us directly for more information.

Does the hotel accept pets?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

What is the cancellation policy?

We need 24hrs prior for cancellation. For group reservation, please refer to our group cancellation policy, details can be found on your confirmation email.

How will my details be used?

We process the personal information which you provide us via this website and collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used. This is for the purposes of dealing with your bookings and requests, tailoring our services to your requirements, providing you information about products and services we offer and to improve our services.

Do you have smoking rooms and areas?

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking bedrooms and terrace areas, please request at time of booking. Smoking is not allowed in any other area of the Country Lodge Complex hotel.

Does the hotel have internet access?

All bedrooms are equipped with high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

Does the hotel offer an airport shuttle?

The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle from the boat station. Please note you will still require USD 40 for the boat.

What are the arrangement for transportation?

The hotel has a vehicle available from 8am to 00:00am. This vehicle can be booked for trips and tours, prices are available at the hotel Reception. Taxis can also be arranged at Reception.

Does the hotel accept credit cards?

Accounts can be settled by using VISA or American Express, however cash is recommended as this service can be unreliable at times. All major currencies are accepted.
